Together with my team, we are one of the few accounting firms in Poland that can also serve clients in Hungarian. I come from Hungary and speak Hungarian at home and at work every day. I enjoy participating in Polish-Hungarian meetings, both cultural and economic events. I often act as an interpreter, often for a symbolic fee. However, I must remind our clients that we provide professional services in the Republic of Poland. Although we are technically able to communicate with Hungarian authorities in their official language, both verbally and in writing, we do not provide such services (or benefits). We do not have the legal capacity to operate professionally in Hungary; in Poland, we are bound by the law of the Republic of Poland.
When conducting business in Poland, we must comply with Polish legislation. Not only do legal regulations change everywhere, but society also changes, both in Poland and abroad. Adapting to changes often means that we have to change our priorities and the way we operate. The time has come to introduce further changes to the operation of our office.
As an institution obliged under Article 2, paragraph 1, point 15a of the Act of March 1, 2018 on counteracting money laundering and financing of terrorism, we are changing the procedure used to date for verifying the personal and economic data of the Office’s Clients.
We are attaching Appendix 13 to the Office’s new procedure for counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing, which will serve as a template for a declaration of economic relations with entrepreneurs over whom the Hungarian government exercises direct or indirect control or entrepreneurs conducting business activities in Hungary who participate in an organization known as the National Cooperation System.
The need to introduce these changes is due to the Hungarian Government’s actions against European legal standards and financial policy, and their concealment of criminals wanted and convicted in other European Union countries for fiscal offences or for accepting financial benefits in exchange for actions or omissions in the performance of public functions or in the course of economic activity.
As part of our ongoing monitoring of our Client’s economic relations, we pay particular attention to assessing the risk of transactions carried out with the above-mentioned entities, as I do not agree with the above-described conduct and it is not only my moral but also my legal obligation to distance myself from them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mimo, \u017ce technicznie mamy mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 porozumiewania si\u0119 z organami W\u0119gier w mowie i w pi\u015bmie w j\u0119zyku urz\u0119dowym ich kraju, us\u0142ug (czy przys\u0142ug) takich nie \u015bwiadczymy. Nie mamy prawnej mo\u017cliwo\u015bci dzia\u0142a\u0107 zawodowo na W\u0119grzech, w Polsce obowi\u0105zuje nas prawo Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej.
Prowadz\u0105c dzia\u0142alno\u015b\u0107 gospodarcz\u0105 w Polsce musimy przestrzega\u0107 przede wszystkim przepisy ustawodawstwa polskiego. Nie tylko przepisy prawne si\u0119 zmieniaj\u0105 wsz\u0119dzie, ale tak\u017ce spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwo, tak samo w Polsce jak i poza granicami Polski. Adaptacja do zmian cz\u0119sto powoduje, \u017ce musimy zmieni\u0107 priorytety i spos\u00f3b naszego dzia\u0142ania. Nadesz\u0142a pora na wprowadzenie kolejnych zmian w dzia\u0142aniu naszego biura.
Jako instytucja zobowi\u0105zana w rozumieniu art. 2 ust. 1 pkt 15a Ustawy z\u00a0\u00a0dnia 1.03.2018\u00a0r. o\u00a0przeciwdzia\u0142aniu praniu pieni\u0119dzy oraz\u00a0finansowaniu terroryzmu,\u00a0 zmieniam stosowan\u0105 dotychczas procedur\u0119 z zakresu weryfikacji danych osobowych i gospodarczych Klient\u00f3w Biura.
Do nowej procedury Biura w zakresie przeciwdzia\u0142ania praniu pieni\u0119dzy i finansowaniu terroryzmu do\u0142\u0105czamy za\u0142\u0105cznik nr 13, kt\u00f3ry b\u0119dzie wzorem o\u015bwiadczenia o stosunkach gospodarczych zwi\u0105zanych z przedsi\u0119biorcami, w kt\u00f3rym po\u015bredni\u0105 lub bezpo\u015bredni\u0105 kontrol\u0119 sprawuje Rz\u0105d W\u0119gier lub przedsi\u0119biorcy, maj\u0105cy miejsce prowadzenia dzia\u0142alno\u015bci gospodarczej na terenie W\u0119gier, kt\u00f3rzy uczestnicz\u0105 w organizacji zwanej Systemem Narodowej Wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy.
Konieczno\u015b\u0107\u00a0 wprowadzenia tych zmian jest spowodowana dzia\u0142aniem Rz\u0105du W\u0119gier przeciwko europejskim standardom prawnym i polityce finansowej, ukrywaniu przez nich przest\u0119pc\u00f3w poszukiwanych i skazanych prawomocnie w innych krajach Unii Europejskiej za przest\u0119pstwa skarbowe lub za przyj\u0119cie korzy\u015bci maj\u0105tkowych w zamian za dzia\u0142anie lub zaniechanie dzia\u0142ania w wykonywaniu funkcji publicznej lub w toku dzia\u0142alno\u015bci gospodarczej.
W ramach bie\u017c\u0105cego monitorowania stosunk\u00f3w gospodarczych naszych Klient\u00f3w zwracamy szczeg\u00f3ln\u0105 uwag\u0119 na ocen\u0119 ryzyka transakcji przeprowadzonych z w.w. podmiotami, poniewa\u017c nie zgadzam si\u0119 z wy\u017cej opisanym post\u0119powaniem i jest moim nie tylko moralnym, lecz prawnym obowi\u0105zkiem zdystansowa\u0107 si\u0119 od nich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
