CIT/8SP is a form used by entrepreneurs who are required to settle CIT (corporate income tax) in Poland, in particular when filing an annual tax return or settling financial statements.
The CIT/8SP form is used to report financial statements for entities that generate revenue from business activities conducted on the basis of a permit in a special economic zone or on the basis of a support decision.
