ZAW-FA Notification: Notification of the Granting or Revocation of Authorization to Use the National e-Invoice System (ZAW-FA).
The notification may be submitted by:
- a natural person, for submitting unique data associated with a qualified electronic signature certificate;
- a general representative — on behalf of another natural person — for submitting unique data associated with a qualified electronic signature certificate;
- a general representative — on behalf of another entity that is not a natural person — for granting and revoking permissions (including all) and submitting unique data associated with the taxpayer’s qualified electronic seal certificate;
- an organization account user (UKO) — on behalf of an organization — with respect to granting and revoking permissions (including all) and reporting unique data associated with the taxpayer’s qualified electronic seal certificate.
