The VAT-8 form is used to submit a simplified value added tax (VAT) declaration to the tax office. It is intended for taxpayers who are not active VAT payers and are not required to submit a full JPK_V7M declaration, but who purchase goods from another European Union country or import services from another country (including from the EU and third countries).
